3Are you paying for cloud storage twice?
When a phone or computer warns that storage is full, upgrading to a paid cloud plan is often a single tap. That small monthly charge can stick around for years, and some households end up paying for more than one storage service across different devices and family members.
Look at how much space you're actually using and what's taking it up. Old videos, duplicate photos and large attachments are often the main culprits. Clearing those out or moving them to an external drive may let you drop to a smaller plan or the free tier. It's also worth checking whether you still pay for storage on an old device you no longer use.
If several people in your home each pay for their own storage, see whether a shared family plan covers everyone for less. Before canceling any storage plan, though, make sure your important files and photos are saved somewhere else first. Losing family pictures to save a small monthly fee isn't a trade worth making.
